Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/returns.

Items are carefully packaged but oftentimes the unforeseen happens during transit. If in fact you receive broken items, we advise that you do not attempt to handle any broken or damaged items. 


Email us within 48 hours with pictures of the damaged items, the container it was shipped in as well as a picture of the shipping label with tracking information in view.


Be sure to send pictures as they are necessary in order for a claim to be filed with the respective courier which will allow us to replace your damaged product quickly.


If you would prefer to handle the claim filing process yourself, you may do so on the respective courier website.  Please be advised that all claims require certain documentation to help facilitate the claim filing process.
